Default What will they say?

Guys, I bricked my phone badly by ****ing up the radio and now it won't get past the first boot splash. I have no acces to recovery menu nor the fastboot. I have also no working data transfer connection between my computer and the phone for using the terminal to restore the phone. We are talking about a HTC Magic with a 32A motherboard and a HTC Magic wich is living it's second day. I buyed the phone yesturday and bricked it after 4 hours. I woke up told my parents that I set an alarm to wake up early but I woke up on 2 PM because the phone alarm didn't go off. I told them that the second I checked the hour on my phone, I saw the phone was off. So I tried to start the phone but huh? I doesn't start? What's wrong with it? So basicly I'm playing dump. And I also told them to tell the store wich we are going to visit in about 2 hours that the phone didn't work from the second I took it out of the box because otherwhise we have to wait for 3 weeks or so for it to get repaired and maybe we could receive a new phone by telling that. Now I'd like to hear from you guys what you think the store will say, will they take it in from a repair, will they just give me a new phone because it didn't work from the day I bought it or will they know I hacked it even though I keep saying WTF does bricked mean or WTF does hacking mean and like WTF is a SPL?? Or will they ect. ect.

My friend,I think that you're knee-deep into **** right now...If you get lucky and stumble upon some idiot who only knows how to change the battery then yes, you're ok.But I don't think that you will get a new phone...It's highly unlikely...Sorry!

Alright, went to the store, told them the phone was working fine yesturday, I told them I set an alarm and I went to sleep. The next morning I woke up and it was 2 PM, the alarm didn't go off. When I was about to check the hour I noticed the phone was off, when I tried to start it, it didn't. They said, ok, we need to send it in for a repair. I said, no! Screw you, I want my money back. They said ok, ok, they took the phone with its box and everything and they gave me a brand new phone, with the box wrapped in plastic and everything, HAHAHAHAH!

That's what I call a factory reset.
