Some one manage to use ethernet over usb gadget ?
When i add this option in the kernel, i have always a blue screen
Can't see errors ...

8gb sandisk

I mount data.bin file in a linux box and change matrioska video (america.mkv)
with avi video (Jlo video 352x240 30fps) and it works.

correct me if I'm wrong but, I remember reading somewhere that because of winmo's limitation our hd2's have a 65k colour dept and the screen can in fact handle 16m colours. Does this mean with Linux, we can achieve a 16m colour depth on our hd2? That would just be awesome! Then I could sell my crappy old slow and heavy Archos and use my hd2 as main movie device [: Watching movies at 16m colours is so more pleasurable than watching it with 65k colours!

Does anyone know the advertised color depth for the Evo, I believe it uses the same screen tech? I would love the full color as well if android gets ported.

Sorry everyone for the off topic but have you used coreplayer or TCPMP's dithering? It improves the colors so much that most of the time you won't notice it's only 65k

Everything I've read so far says 65k TFT screen...which I always thought was stupid.

"Hey, lets build a phone with a gigantic screen...but give it only 65k colors". Hopefully it really is only OS limited.
