ram settings in default.txt have to be change due v
to mem remap patch. will chwck if default.txt on server is corrwct later when i'm home
What I do
* port Linux (kernel) to HTC phones like the hd2
* document everything about development and make it easily available
* provide non-Android distros for Linux enabled HTC phones for more diversity
Publicly accessible tech wiki htc-linux.org

yep ram settings in http://htc-linux.org/stuff/leo/default.txt should to be correct. retry with this default.txt and see if you can pass the haret loading screen now.

btw sorry for the typos. was in a hurry ^^ we really need the kernel to work correctly so we can connect usb keyboards

We would all LOVE for it to happen. But for the time being, you should love your HD2 for what it is right now.
They're working on it and making great progress. You can't seriously ask them to take time out of their real jobs and lives to work on it more than they already are. They deserve donations for how much work they are already putting in to it. Be grateful for what they are doing. I'm sure we will see a fully functional android port eventually.
As for donations, the list of developers working on it is on the first post. You can donate to the individual developers. Most have links on the signatures for donations.

Yeah, I can pass haret now.. But, as you know, other freezes later..

hi guys,
i just tried the latest kernel build
after few lines of code i got only the blue screen. plain blue. no text, no image.
i want to ask, how do i disabled the blue screen and just watched the code run..

sorry this is a noob question...
sorry to for my bad english

Okay ? are you looking for the data sheet for the lcd or the touch pad digitizer thing itself. It sit on to of th e lcd

*To write a driver for the leo touchscreen we are looking for the datasheet. Name is "Elan B81_"

as stated in post 1 its the TOUCH screen or digitizer, that component that Elan have multitouch patents for and as i recall Elan took apple to court over it a while ago ..!!.. but yep the TOUCHY BIT !!

the bluescreen is not supposed to be there. I'll check that tomorrow. prolly just somnething went wrong with the build.

just try again this morning (it's already 17 april here)
no blue screen, just hundred line of code
what's cause the blue screen
