Default No contract price

I am buying the phone without a contract once it comes out. I assume others are doing this too. :P

Until now I haven't seen an off contract price. In the terms and conditions of winning a X from @DroidLanding,

This seems to hint at $570, which seems on par with other devices.

Does anyone else know anything about the price?

Default Verizon Motorola Droid X

The retail price of the Droid X from Verizon is $569.99 excluding taxes, prices my vary depending on any other retail store such as BB sells for $599.99.

Cool! No taxes where I am (sales tax, that is), so looks good.

Per a Verizon rep, you don't get that option if you buy at full retail prices, thats only for those that are new customer's or with adding a line or upgrading.
