Hotvoice and Push To Talk

Back on my Dell Axim x51v, It had a built-in button app.
You would press it, it would start to record and soon as you released it, it would then stop recording.
I think it was called hotvoice.exe and was built-in to the windows notes program.

I was searching thru the forums and found this script for some other devices, but it does not appear to work when imported.

Is the 4 0C6 the right shell key code for PTT?
Does anyone know how to get this press and hold recording working?
