remove andriod from tilt?

Hi,

I was testing Andriod on my Tilt running myn's warm donut but would like to move back to WM6.5 due to the poor battery life. However i cant seem to be able to reflash it using one of the ROMs i have due to activesync not being able to pick the andriod tilt as a device.

Can i get some help please, or if there is a way to improve the battery life i would be interested

Depending on what kernel you are on now there you may get better battery life with a later kernel.

I also recommend the trying the latest Froyo build. It's getting better for each day, but yeah, Android eats battery.

but to get back to WinMo, just hold the camera button while powering on to get into flashing mode, then flash it with WinMo.

Thank you very much for the reply, I now know how to get back to winMo if required, I will have a play around with the Andriod ROM you suggested and see if my battery can last more than 15 minutes.

First time I tried Android I was doing to good with battery either running 2G Edge Network with GPS, Bluetooth and Wifi turned off. I bought my Tilt as a refurb and I'm getting half a work day or more with the original battery under Froyo. I'm looking to get a better battery and I happened to find this thread in the Tilt accessories forum look for the thread "I found the perfect battery for my tilt."

I have comparable battery life to wimo. try the newest kernal too

To flash without active sync you must put your phone in tri color spl but holding camera and power and reseting. (or hold camera when off and then hold power to turn on)
