If you look at the "Missing Samsung Apps" thread a few of us contacted Samsung about this. Either they just quietly swept it under the carpet and hoped nobody would notice if they didn't release it, or it's only coming out with the newest batch of DLNA Samsung TV's. Nobody is sure yet as Samsung won't give a straight answer.

Same here, got a new DLNA equipped Samsung HDTV and the remote function was a big selling point for me.
