Well odexing the framework files should be no problem but deleting the classes.dex files from the jars caused some nasty problems (bootloop).

Until you odex the framework, users can use this script/hack/whatever by kali and me to odex even the framework files and gain some more extra MB of space.
Just flash it via your recovery of choice and it will do its magic.
