FLASH RECOMMENDATIONS
-please install the original 1.36.407.1 first to get the new 1.36spl and 0.63.05.36-radio
- Always do a Hard-Reset after flashing (before the installation) and leave the phone alone until in reboots (silent-UC). the wizard will continue after automatic reboot.
- Follow the tutorials and use at your own risk. i'm not responsible for bricked devices!

i'm really tired of reading this exchange-reports in all my rom-threads.....

BUGREPORT-CHECKLIST
1. do you use the latest version? if yes: go to 2; if no: install latest version
2. did you install additional software or customization/mods? if yes: hard-reset
3. re-test without anything installed
4. test without SDCard inserted if experiencing battery drain issue (backup/re-format [32KB clusters] and find/delete corrupted mp3's etc.)

if the bug still exists after you followed the 4 points,
you should post it with detailed rom-version info (version & build & radio).

if everything works as it should it's also appropriate to write something like:
"good work. no bugs found."
this will help the rom-thread to keep active on the first pages and keeps me motivated.

looking forward for your rom.
Two questions....can you remove the old Mobile Office and inser office 2010 by start, cause at new installation of office 2010, there will still old icons and some sh*t.
At the moment you need to move the "notizen" and "aufgaben" to the new office folder and delete the old office folder by hand.
Second question, the high compression of the sense, doens´t slows it up with this?

office mobile 2010 was shortly integrated into com3 (afaik since 2311X).
om2010 icons fixed. notizen and aufgaben moved to outlook folder.
2.
no. rom is very responsive :). especially the removed other lang files caused a speed boost (around 1200 files).
and... more storage space left (around 70MB).
first rom should be online in 10min.
