No sound when ringing or playing audio but OK during conversation

Hello,
My gf's phone (Bell's Touch Diamond, DIAM500?) recently stopped playing sounds, including ringtones, there's no sound when the phone rings, if set to vibrate/ring it only vibrates, no sound at all when playing the ringtones or any other audio file.
However when in call you can hear fine using the earpiece or on speaker.
Volume is set to max, no mute or anything I checked all config everything is fine.
Tried soft reset and removed the battery to no avail.

Does the phone has two speakers? One for the earpiece and one for ring/system sounds? I'm trying to find out if it's a hardware or software problem.
I can't seem to find the Service Manual only for the GSM Diamond.

This problem from IC Sound replace it and it's will work well .

i need to tap the top of the mobile really hard and it starts working
