ICS: only framework-res.apk?

Sorry, which file I have to upload?
I tried with framework-res.apk in ICS 4.0.3 SE St18i Rom 4.1.A.0.562, but it doesn't work.

hi. i'm using runnymede rom and i tried to install the zip, but it didn't work. i uploaded the systemui, framework-res and com.htc.resources apks from my phone, but after i reboot the phone from recovery (4ext), the battery icon is the same. am i missing something ? please help. Thanks
