Could someone please create a mod to turn off the capacative buttons lights?

the apk in that link can power them off and on

Also if your rooted you can just go to the market and download "LEDs Hack"

unless it's been updated lately, you have to use su 2.0.3 or the screen refreshes every few seconds. it causes games to reset and movies to flash or pause or both.
