Picture Rotated! Can someone please help me

"Whenever I take a pic in portrait mode the pic always comes out rotated to the
right. But this doesn't happen in landscape mode" So I had a thread asking for help for this problem but it kinda got berried under other ones so I decided to make a next one with more info and some updates.

So I emailed Sony Ericsson and they told me to factory reset the phone and I did and I still had the problem then they told me to use the update service to repair the phone and I still have this problem. When I
view them in Mediascape they are in the right direction but when I look at them
with a file manager or upload them their rotated. And also the pictures will
look fine in mediascape but when I do a factory reset and go back to mediascape
all the pictures that I took before doing it will now be rotated. And when I
take new pictures, the pictures will be right side up but obviously they only
seem to be that way in mediascape.

the same happens to me.
i have no idea how to fix it so, i'm just using landscape mode 16:9
