I use a program called "OJO Soft Total Video Converter" and it also puts the subs from HD/Blu Ray rips into the movies as well.
I use the MP4 setting of "Apple TV - Highest Reolution @ 24fps - (H.264, 1280*720, 3000kbps).
I just set it to keep the Original Frame Rate and change the audio to something like 128k or 192k with a format of "MPEG2/4 AAC-CL".
I have done a few movies like this and it works great. Audio is spot on and it looks about as good as Avatar. Very happy with this phones video playback capabilities.
