Default FCs - help required please

I'm on JG5 with SD card lag fix. everything was fine till i took out SD card. first i re-started without SD Card, but of course it now needs the SD card to run the apps! So i switched off, put card back in and restarted again. However, now i keep getting ADW launcher FCs. Even if i hit "Force Close", they just keep coming back. It looks like some other apps load (as i have Real Signal and Battery Minder which i can see in the status bar. But, as soon as i unlock the screen, i get Work email FC, K9 FC and then the continual ADW FCs.

edit: SORRY, i've just realised i shouldn't post questions in this section. Mods, pls feel free to move this. Sorry again!

I'm sorry to say this but the logical solution here seems to be to reflash and (if you want it) redo the lagfix. Its logical your device will get in trouble if you remove the data cache of all applications.

thanks. i tried a hard reset which i think has fixed it. at least all the original apps are in place. does that mean the lag fix is still in place, i.e. is it still reading apps from ext SD card or would the hard reset have put everything back in it's original location, i.e. on the internal SD card?

The hardreset will remove the lagfix. Note that if you intend to reapply it you will first need to wipe the ext3 (or ext4) partition on the external SD in order to avoid issues.
