Unhappy Multimedia Sound Levels..

Got the Captivate yesterday. I love almost everything about it so far - just two issues.

First, when playing videos or music, the sound seems very low even with the volume maxed out. I thought maybe putting headphones in would help. So I got my Klipsch ear buds and started watching a copy of Up. I would say that with the volume maxed out at 15, it was a comfortable listening level. I feel as though it should be louder. Does anyone else seem to be experiencing this problem. ** And now the more that I play with it, it seems as though most audible notifications are pretty low. I did increase the volume for everything under Settings. The only thing I found to be too loud was the sound for key presses and what not.

Second, when I'm on a call the ear-piece seems to vibrate, or buzz. It's strange and difficult to describe. It's almost tin-can sounding?

Am I the only one with these issues? Perhaps it's a minor defect in my unit. Thoughts or comments?

Well the ear piece problem seems to have gone. However I still think the multimedia volume is very low. Does anyone else seem to experience this?

Mine seems fine for listening to audio and watching video. You could re-encode the video files with the audio boosted.

What kind of headphones are you using. I'm using iem headphones and the media output was too loud. I had to make a custom EQ with all the sliders turned down to make the volume reasonable.

I am using Klipsch ear buds. Like I said, when the volume is maxed out, it's a comfortable listening level. The same goes for music. Sometimes I like to listen to that a bit louder. I wonder what the issue could be...
