usb error in bootmode

Big problem, I have been a few months working on my android pola100. Since a few days I have no USB function in my bootloader. So now when I start my bootloader I have 3 colors, but only serial not usb. windows says usb device not recognize. unknow device. somebody has already had problems with it? when I swipe my battery there and am just waiting a few hours I'll come back here at USB again for a few minutes. can anyone help me? please!
I just flashed with the NBH of DZO (polapanel3 converted to polapanel1) and I Incubus26jc Super Froyo as a system.
