Default Why isn't Chrome to Phone working?

I'm trying to use this feature of Froyo but it just refuses to work. I'm signed in, in both my browser and my phone. I've downloaded the extension in Chrome and the app from http://code.google.com/p/chrometophone/downloads/list (the 3rd link on that page).

The app is installed and I've registered my account on it. I've selected "Automatically Launch Links." I've tried it both on Chrome and Firefox (after getting the add-on) and when I click on the button, both come up with the "Sent to Phone" message.

But my phone receives nothing!

Ok out of some 10 links I sent, about 15 minutes ago, I suddenly got two of them on the phone. That's a massive delay between the time I received "Sent to Phone" on the browser and the time I received it on the phone. Not to mention that's only 2 out of many that I didn't recieve.

But my phone was not lacking any connectivity in the meantime at all, because I was browsing on it in those 15 minutes to confirm that very thing. Oh and it's still not working as it should by the way, I'm still getting nothing when I send something to phone.

What's going on?

More testing: It seems to be working in intervals. Works for a couple of tries and then stops completely. If I change to 2G, it works again but then stops again. Then I change it back to 3G, same thing, works again and stops again.

Happens to me too, but I was just playing around rather than actually needing this feature, so I couldn't be bothered to investigate.

Would that be v1.2 from here: http://code.google.com/p/chrometophone/downloads/list (3rd option)?

Actually I'll try the first option and see how that goes.

Same thing here, N1 stock FRF91, funny cause it worked yesterday when my computer was running Win XP, today its running Win 7 (Hell Yeah). I exported all my saved config in FireFox to this new install, no worky, finally unistalled both off the phone and FireFox then reinstalled back on both, still doesn't work. Oh well not a big deal, just annoying.

Ah yes sorry, that's what I meant. I have both 0.5 and v1.2. I got Froyo only yesterday, so those are the only versions I've been playing with.

Oh well, I'll just wait a few months when more phones are on Froyo, we'll have a better idea.
