Default Data connections
For my phone, I don't have the unlimited data plan, and when i put my phone in android mode, I don't know how to make it so I can turn of my data connections like I can in the settings part of windows mobile. Is there anyway to turn it off?

got to menu, settings, mobile connections, then you have to delete all of the APNs. That should take care of your problem.

OR you can just create an APN and make it default. I don't think android will try to connect to other APN's listed.
