Hi kfwong999, thank you for sharing your problem. there are many fixes for the problem you are facing that go from re-downloading the Rom to Reformat the SDCard. there is another post stating the same issue and how to solve it. A little search on the forum wouldnt hurt ^_^

disire needs to be in the root of your sd card and froyo needs to be in a folder on your sd card like: E:/android
