Resign SE-Tweak ROM

I tried to resign SE-Tweak v1.0 ROM, I am able to flash the Resigned ROM to my Arc S and get toggle working. I am happy until the USB mass storage doesn't work, and the keyboard disappeared. Then I use adb to install GoKeyboard, and I go to Settings -> Sony Ericsson, there should be a "Connectivity" settings but disappeared. Which should be \system\app\SemcSettings.apk

The file was there, then I suspect the file is not resigned

Then I try to resign again and observed the output...
system/app/SemcPhone.apk...25%...50%...75%...100%: Resigned: ZipAligned
system/app/SemcSettings.apk: Skipped
system/app/SEMCSetupWizard.apk...25%...50%...75%...100%: Resigned: ZipAligned

Then I opened SemcPhone.apk (which is resigned) and SemcSettings.apk (which is not resigned) and I realized the file name difference in META-INF:
In SemcPhone.apk (and other resigned apks):
CERT.RSA
CERT.SF
MANIFEST.MF

In SemcSettings.apk (And other apk that "skipped" at resigned)
SONY-ERICSSON-E-APPLICATION-SIGNING-LIVE-864F-1.RSA
SONY-ERICSSON-E-APPLICATION-SIGNING-LIVE-864F-1.SF
MANIFEST.MF

I think this is the cause of getting the resign has "skipped" and some reason that doesn't work on some ROMs.

I wish you can fix this so I can use this wonderful tweak again!

You can do it in tasker, disable (put off) your data, switch, turn back on. You will come to the conclusion tasker takes much resources, wakelocks.
Juicedefender ultimate does a pretty good job. (also causing wakelocks but it is ok for me)

I am working to fix Toggle 2G so that it can first turn data off before switching networks. Hope to have it ready soon

Juice defender has an option for this and didn't help with bug with sgs2. It could turn 3g back on but worked very randomly (didn't swich to 2g everytime that it was supposed to).
