Default HD2 (with Android) or Nexus one?

Sorry, but I've searched the site and only came up with comparisons between the 2 with the HD2 on WM. I recently sold my Iphone 3GS to go over to a phone with an Android OS and now I am split between the 2 especially that you can flash the HD2 with Android. I know that Android on the HD2 isn't perfect but I see that it is making progress fast! It's obvious that the HD2 isn't the smallest phone so would you say coming from a 3GS that I wouldn't notice that much of a difference in size? Considering that the difference in price is at least $150 I would really like yalls opinion. Thanks guys!

It depends where you are. The Nexus One is no longer being sold by Google in the USA. This most likely means you won't get support from them (even if they say you will). However, you could always got support from XDA.

Also, the Nexus One can be considered 'old'. There are other Android devices out there that are capable of out-performing the N1. So, I don't know why you would want the N1 in particular.

The HD2's Android port is very fast. They're actually hoping to finish a NAND boot around September.

It also depends what you're looking for in a device, though. If you really want to tweak, it's WM, ftw!

If you want to only use android as your main os, you would be better off getting a native android phone. The HD2 will most likely always have some issues running android.... at least for a while. You may want to look into some of the newer android phones like the EVO, the DroidX or the Samsung Galaxy. Those or the Nexus will run android much more stabily and have better battery life running android.
If you want the ability to run both android and winmo, then HD2 is the obvious choice.

Thanks guys! I just ordered my HD2, mainly because of the price difference. Now just to get Android on it!
