Default [SOLVED] Why is the menu area not in 3D?

OK, so I download Android 2.2 to my HTC HD2 and everything seems fine.

Apart from:

1. Why is the task bar black and not white

2. When you click menu, should there be a 3D box which shows the apps? Instead I just have page after page of apps (like on an iPhone), can't go up and down just left and right.

man I somehow could understand your 3d issue, but if the notif. bar is black or white ... seriously, who cares?

I do not care that it's white here and so I wouldn't care if it would be black, just get a wallpaper that fits the black top and you're done!
There are quite a bunch more things to care about first
