This is a batch file created by me (dm88) with the GUI version (being created by a-wilckoxj coming very soon) thanks to ECLIPS3, t2noob, TheFuzz4, and CaptainKrtek.

FEATURES
:: Reboots
:: Reboots to Recovery
:: Change Carrier Text (Vanilla/CM only)
:: BootAnimations
:: -- BackUp BootAni's
:: -- Restore BootAnis
:: -- Flash one of 6 included BootAnis
:: -- Flash a custom boot ani
:: Sign .zip and .apk files
:: EDITS BUILD.PROP
:: -- BackUp and restore build.prop
:: -- Change Model
:: -- Change Build Display ID
:: -- Change Manufacturer
:: -- Change Android Version
:: -- Change Mod Version
:: -- Turn JIT OFF
:: -- Turn JIT ON
:: Add Sysro and Sysrw commands to any rom (for terminal emulator and adb shell)
:: FONTS MENU
:: -- Backup Current Fonts
:: -- Restored backed up Fonts
:: -- Flash font (both normal and w/ bold)
:: -- Flash one of 22 included example fonts
:: SPLASH IMAGES (S-OFF bootloader ONLY)
:: -- Convert splash images to correct format
:: -- Flash them via fastboot
:: -- Flash 5 examples included (The two made by me, r00ts and tux)

Instructions:

Download file
unzip the archive to a directory
double click romcustomizer.zip
Agree to the disclaimer by pressing any key otherwise exit now
type the number of the option you want then press enter
to flash a custom font or bootani put it in the BootAniGoesHere or FontGoesHere folders respectively. The fonts folder is inside the files folder
THIS IS USED AT YOUR OWN RISK

Newest Version (RomCustomizer1.1TEST5.zip)

Any feedback, comments, bugs, etc. Please report in comments.

GUI
doubleclick setup.exe
RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR, important
to flash custom font go to FontEx folder and open a font folder highlight BOTH .ttf files

However you need to have a image saved as an rgb565 I have done it before mine is a grey slate bg with a green android outline

Written and tested on Windows 7 64 bit

I am a Linux User as well (linux mint 9) but more people use windows so i started with that
