Code "8"

I put the newest version of the froyo build for android, i succesfully extracted the android folder to the root of my sd card and when i start CLRCAD and then HARET it says: Failed to allocate 967 page (code 8).

What does this mean?

would like an answer as well as I just flashed a custom ROM to get rid of robot voices and sped up music but when I try to start haret i get the code 8 error message
