[q] for dell streak owners

NOW that you guys have the Dell Streak i want you guys to help me with what are the disadvantages of this Dell Streak.
I kwn the advantages and i love it too bt before buying it i wanna kwn that is it good or there are some flaws..

Pls dnt mention that its 1.6 i kwn it will be upgraded to 2.2 soon so no issue with that....

Guys you have to help who else will say the truth about the device...

I come from a solid 10 year windows mobile background and HTC.

My last win mo phone was a HD2.

I have found 2 drawbacks.

1) People coming up to me and asking if its an ipad and can they have a go. This infuriates me I have a hatred of everything apple! hehe

2) No free grooveshark app like the windows mobile one

There is NO way I would swap my streak for any other phone right now.

I love the Streak,

I've found more of the same as the post above, people always asking if it's an iPhone which drives me mad.

I love the screen size and the amount you can customise the beast. It's like I've always got my computer with me. Also the battery life is great compared to any other smart phones I've used. I can easily get 48 hours solid use from my Dell.

Down side's I've found:

Poor camera performance, unless you can hold steady whiles the picture focuses you're going to have a blurry shot.

Randomly shuts down and just vibrates (This has gotten me some dodgey looks!)

Proximity sensor is a bit of a pain during calls via handsfree. If you put anyting near the sensor then the phones screen comes back to life. It's not the biggest issue in the world because you can just re-lock it but it sometimes means the phone goes mad in my pocket.

I got it direct from dell.co.uk for £449.99 it is unlocked and working perfectly with my 3 network sim card.

I forgot to mention the camera! I find the video recording is great but like the post above says the shutter speeds or what ever is so slow. Trying to take a non blurry pictures of my baby niece is impossible!

ok cool so the news is correct that its for 30,000 in INDIA and what about the colors are there only 2 colors available red and black.

And did u root the streak using superboot...

i feel your pain, i get asked all the time if my touch pro 2 is an iphone. ill give that with the ugly chrome strip, it looks a bit like an iphone but up until the iphone 4, the hardware has been better so its been a bit of an insult.
