Default [MetaMorph Theme] ClearBar v1.0

FOR SAMSUNG VIBRANT (SGH-T959)
APPLICATION TO OTHER GALAXY S MODELS IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS THIS MAY CAUSE.

New Release!
Wow, it's been a while since I've done any work on this theme. Here's a much-needed update that should help with applying this theme with the new firmware and with other custom themes. Not much has changed graphically, except for the new transparent blue pop-up text boxes.

The main theme no longer contains my notification icons. Those are now packaged separately in two different versions, one with the battery icons and one without. If you are using a custom battery indicator, such as an accurate battery mod, then use the package without battery icons.

Also, I have included a dark-to-light package for moving from a dark notification theme such as my AllBlack theme or the one included in Bionix. THIS IS FOR JI6 FIRMWARE ONLY!

I have removed the clear-to-stock theme as it seems like these reversion themes cause more problems than they solve since not everyone is using the same firmware.

ClearBar v1.0
This changes your notification bar to a rounded see-through bar and replaces several TouchWiz notification icons with heavily modified versions created by me. It also replaces the pull-down notification list with a modified version with a clear background.

This is a MetaMorph theme, so you will need to install MetaMorph from the Market and use it to apply this theme.

MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP BEFORE APPLYING THIS THEME!
ClockworkMod Recovery is available for Galaxy S phones through the ROM Manager which is available in the Market. If you have not already, please install ROM Manager in order to flash ClockworkMod Recovery (completely safe) and create a nandroid backup before applying this theme. I am not responsible for any issues this theme causes. It works perfectly fine on my Vibrant, but no two phones are alike so your experience my differ.

Be sure to turn USB Debugging on before applying. For some reason, having debugging disabled causes MetaMorph to hang when applying the theme.

Feel free modify or incorporate this theme in part or whole in your own projects. I only ask that you give me some credit if you redistribute my work.

When I try to install it, it stays at "Applying framework-res.apk theme 1 of 1" in metamorph"

Do you know what I can do to fix this?

Very nice...thank you! It goes very well with my spinning galaxy live wallpaper. The only time I like the stock TW notification bar better is when I open the browser. The bar then looks light gray and there's not much contrast between your bar and the white font of the bar.

I tried the Evo black bar morph before trying yours and I couldn't get MM to do anything with the file after it would extract the zip. Yours on the other hand worked just fine...so, good job!

Do you have USB Debugging enabled? I noticed in the EVO bar thread that some people with this problem got it to work by enabling USB Debugging.

I actually used the EVO black bar morph as a template for mine (this is my first time ever making a MetaMorph theme), although I didn't use any of the actual artwork from it. I don't really know how this works for you when the black bar one won't, but I'm glad you're happy with it.

No, I didn't have it enabled. I enabled it, and now I got it installed. Thanks!
