hey all im having trouble installing the latest froyo through haret

i cant seem to find the right one everyone says to chose one but what and from where?

forgot to add my phone is a htc cruise polaris
i think its the pola100 version but im not sure how to tell?

I had the same problem but I solve a little searching.
- Download DOWNLOAD RLS12 Themed All Languages
- Here is the file androidinstall.tgz
- Install the program 7-zip and open the *. tgz file. Now you can view and decompress the file androidinstall.tar that is what you need.

This is because they do a double compression the original file.
