Lens Shutter....

So I noticed on the replacement X I got today that the shutter over the lens was closed..... I looked at my old X that was off and it was OPEN!

So, I tuned to the camera on the new X and the shutter opened up right away, cool.

But I CANNOT for the life of me get the shutter to close other than while taking pictures?!?!

I do QA for a living, I THINK I FOUND A BUG MOTO......

UHHHHHH, no bug buddy, always open.

U mean the brand new out of the box has the shutter closed, then when you turned it on it opened? Was prob stuck closed from having battery pulled after refurb.

If you are in QA and think this, you might want to look at a new field... Just saying.

what makes you assume it was refurbished
