HTC Sync does NOT work. - resolved.
Got a HTC Wildfire from T-Mobile for a few days now, downloaded HTC Sync v3.0.5387 for Wildfire, from HTC's website and keeping getting "no device connected" when trying to sync via usb. Tried on two seperate pc's, and still same error.
Phoned T-Mobile Tech, who very suprisingly said, 'it's a common problem', and have had 'loads' of customers complaining about the exact same issue!
Phoned HTC Support, and their view is that T-Mobile branding has altered something in the base OS. They are currently looking into this...
Anyone else experienced the above error, or got it to work?
