App or toggle widget to act as a power button?

Anyone seen/know a name of an app or toggle widget that acts like a power button? The case I bought, while nice, is hard to press the power button on the side. It would be nice to have an onscreen button to use.

search the market for an app called screen off. I bought and it works nice. You press the button and it turns off the screen and then after a couple of seconds the phone turns off.
