[Q] Newbie, need help with error message

I keep getting this error anytime I do anything inside my strings.xml document. How do I fix this, it's really annoying.

I'm also having a problem when I try to run the app in the emulator it tells me there is an error and to fix it before i run it, but I can't find the error. It shows a little red x in the package explorer on the very top of the stack, but I cant find the error.
