For those who want the Settings Icon
in start menu to redirect to Windows Settings Page....Heres the fix
Install cab....Then disable manila....hook up via activesync,
browse to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs (theres two of them) delete Settings.lnk....
reboot phone....enable manila...done.....Enjoy

Small summary of these newest releases as of 3-30-2011:

Battery life is reported very good with at least 2 days without having to charge....
Memory is reported to be very good and recovers quickly....
Speed of roms is very good.....
Have had no reports of bugs(not saying roms are perfect or bug free,just none have been reported)
More as reports come in....

ROM works great, no bugs to report. Everything works as it should. The only thing I changed was the HTC Messenger (I hate it, lol) and reverted back to the regular threaded windows messenger.

Specs;
OS: 5.2.21911 (21911.5.0.94)
Manila: 2.5.20161332.0
ROM: 2.07.401.1 (80303) WWE
Radio: 4.48.25.20

Memory free;
Storage: 202.30
Program: 75.66

Don't know if any of that matters but I thought it might help in case something doesn't work correctly when someone else flashes it.

Now I'm confused, what's the difference between these ROMs and the one's you've posted here **08/10/2010 WCX ILLUMINATI SERIES 21911 ALL TILT2 Upgrades**?

TILT 2 is just for american ATT phone...this one is for the euro TOUCH PRO 2

Thanks, and one more noob question - what's the difference between HTC and Arcsoft messaging. I don't mind installing both ROMs to see myself, but I need to know what I'm looking for. Cheers
