No HSPA on Dell Streak?

I waited for awhile for the Streak and almost gave up on it. These are the technical specs from the press release:

Specs could be wrong but disappointing if true...

Unless I misread your post, I believe this has been the UMTS rating all along for all releases. In the US, I don't believe that AT&T has any plans to move beyond 7.2 Mbps (optimal) throughput before they start the LTE build out.

Pretty sure the "H" at the top of my Streak means it's connected via HSPA....
