[Q] Cases that'll work with the cradle?

The cradle for the droid2 comes with a removable insert. To allow putting the phone in the cradle with their case still on it. Any idea whether anyone else's cases will work with the cradle this way?

I know the shell/holster combo will work since i bought that, took out the insert and it works like a charm

We bought 2 Droid2s and 2 different cases from VZW and even with the insert out it doesn't sit quite right. To the point it doesn't make a good enough connection for charging. We've decided to just get the Clear Armor for it and go naked.

which cases did you get? Mine sits perfectly well and i had no problems with it charging

What case and what cradle are we talking about
