Market and non market apps (I need your submissions!!) [Updated 8/31/10]

The thread is far from final. I still have a few things I would like to work out design wise, but its finished enough to be posted.

The Pimp My Captivate thread exists, but the OP has admitted to no longer having access. Not only is a thread far easier to update, but it is also more user friendly in my opinion. If you’re just getting your phone I suggest checking out that thread.

This is my first time doing one of these, so any suggestions on arrangement would be appreciated. I'm modeling this off of the one in the Rhodium forum (skyler17 and this is the thread).

I plan on updating the post, but I'm not installing every application on my phone to provide information on it. When you suggest an addition, please provide a few words about the app and why you think its notable and any requirements or known incompatibilities the app has (requires root, another application is needed, Vibrant vs. Captivate, etc). For example:

moTweets: Easily now my favorite Twitter client. Free version w/ some ads and a paid version for $3.99 without ads. Twitterers unite! (freeware)

QR codes may get added later, but not right now.

This first batch of apps came from the pimp my captivate pdf. Not all of them are here since I do think there is good information in the pdf, and you should read it.

[Non-Market/Tools] NenaMark - Want to prove how superior your phone is? Show off that PowerVR SGX540 GPU with this benchmarking app. Have your friends run it on their Android phones and compare. [Free]

[Market/Tools] Samsung Galaxy S Info - Need to get into the service menus quite often? Stop typing in those long boring codes, and just use this app. Its available on the market, but if you are willing to forgo automatic updates, it is available on XDA. [€0.50]
