The phone wakes up by him self

Hi all!
One day I turned off the phone cause off low battery.
I have been need to make a call, so i turned the phone on...
I make my call and after that just turnet the screen of, but get on after 2 sec by it self...
I tryed to end all working programms,the same.
When I plug a usb cable for a sec to the phone, ewery thing gets ok, the screen shuts down till restart the phone it is comming back again...
What could it be? help me please.

@topic If you have some fancy ROM that enables "wake device under light" check your settings for the light sensor and maybe turn it all off - then it doesn't trouble you.

when i boot to MIUI phone is fine, but when i boot to ICS that strange phenomenon does happen, it could be ROM related.

Try to Hard Reset your phone

By himself lol.
