Default The phone wakes up by him self

Hi all!
One day I turned off the phone cause off low battery.
I have been need to make a call, so i turned the phone on...
I make my call and after that just turnet the screen of, but get on after 2 sec by it self...
I tryed to end all working programms,the same.
When I plug a usb cable for a sec to the phone, ewery thing gets ok, the screen shuts down till restart the phone it is comming back again...
What could it be? help me please.
Sorry for my english.

In Germany, police arrests you for such a comment

@topic If you have some fancy ROM that enables "wake device under light" check your settings for the light sensor and maybe turn it all off - then it doesn't trouble you.

when i boot to MIUI phone is fine, but when i boot to ICS that strange phenomenon does happen, it could be ROM related.
