Default [apk] tweetdeck beta
Heres the .APK for TweetDeck, the app is still in it's BETA stage so it doesn't have all of the features that you would see on the iPhone version.

You can also sign up for the app here http://www.tweetdeck.com/api/android_whitelist/ and they will send you a beta version through an e-mail.
