Default Question mark in news and weather app over thunderstorm icon

I've asked this question in other forums and searched the web, but no one seems to know the answer. Why does the genie news and weather app have question marks over the top of the thunderstorm icons? Does anyone know?

The question mark is there to let you know that there MAY BE THUNDERSTORM/THUNDERSHOWER/RAIN activity in a given area but that it is not a definite. At least I believe that is what it means.

So if there's a definite thunderstorm will the question mark go away? Its a very confusing choice for an icon. It makes it look like an error or something.

Can someone post a link to the newest version of the News and Weather Genie app that works on the Eris?

Thanks!
