Default [Q] How many versions of hardware does the Incredible have?

After noticing my phone having some issues that others don't and not having some issues that others do, I wanted to post this and find out how many different product IDs HTC has on the Dincs. Back when us impatient folks were rooting and had to edit the android USB driver file, I couldn't use the edit posted because my hardware product ID was different, so I had to change it to match.

Windows users: If you have a free moment can you go into your device manager-->Android Phone-->Android ADB Interface. Double-click and go to the "details" tab, choose "hardware IDs" from the drop-down and post yours?

Linux users: lsusb | grep 0bb4

Mine is:
Code:
USB\VID_0BB4&PID_0FF9&REV_0226
USB\VID_0BB4&PID_0FF9
Thanking you all in advance!

The USB interfaces VID/PID/Serial number are all configurable (Well, by the manufacturer), so that really dosn't mean much.

As far as "hardware version" if I go to settings-->About-->Hardware Info, my phone says hardware version 0002

I got mine on launch day too and it's version 0002, but that device ID, I believe, is different on some of our phones.

I appreciate the replies, but the hardware version from the phone isn't what I need to know. If you have your phone plugged into pc and know how to get into device manager, please follow the OP and paste what windows or linux reports as your device ID.

Thanks.
