when i open upgrade.exe it doesnt show any rom,radio status and i press Upgrade and then comes mini screen (dont plug off until....) and then just everything disappear...

ps.
i am working in XP2 SP2 and all other roms works for upgrade

I've extracted the nk.nbf, but now I have a stranger problem, I can't upgrade to ANY ROM?! I've had a similar problem before, so I had 2 different MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe files, sometimes one worked and sometimes the other. But I've lost the other one
