ZAGGskin w/ InvisibleShield

Well I actually like this phone being carried in my pocket, never liked a phone in my pocket before, so it only needs scratch protection.

I ordered a custom ZAGGskin yesterday after looking for cases and skins I finally went with ZAGG. If you register for their iPad giveaway they email you a discount coupon up to 50%, I got 30%. I didn't like any of their designs, so I used their customer designer and the copyright free image I found online, attached, as the template for the skin.

I also ordered the maximum protection ZAGGshield since I'm going overboard and wanted to put the protective strips on the side and the skin doesn't come with those.

All in all, maybe pricey for some, but about $32 with free shipping, and it could be done with any image of your choice as the back shield, and it would be less if I didn't order the seperate max protection invisibleshield.

It Arrived

It arrived yesterday, and I installed it last night and took some pictures.

It went on pretty smooth, the side pieces were a little hard to place even with the installation fluid they don't slide after placing like they do on the glass. You can see I got a fingerprint under it and its not as smooth around the curve by the mic but is hardly noticeable unless examining up close.

Fingerprints are greatly reduced, I have a firm feel for the phone in my hand and no longer worried about it sliding out of my hand or sliding on an unlevel surface.

The problem with the Zagg skin is if it starts to peel like my iPhone case did, it does not have the lifetime warranty like the screen protector. If I remember correctly the skin warranty was 30 or 90 days, and after that you are sol.
