I had 4G on since Tuesday and been working great ever since. Please let me know who ever is from the Bronx or Tri-State area that is getting 4G connection. BTW I have a app call "Map Viewer" to show where is 4G coverage in your area.

Nothing in long island. Live in freeport and work in port washington, both areas are dead. 4g needs to head out east already

Well I tried scanning for the 4G soon as I got off the 5 train at Simpson Street. I was able to connect to Sprint's 4G but the signal was weak and I kept disconnecting. By the time I passed Hunt's Point (I ride the 5 bus home) the signal was gone and I don't get it at all in the Soundview Area.

Oh well, at least it made an appearance hehe

I do not have an Evo yet. But I played with one at the Queens center mall. They had an Evo kisok there. And the 4G was on and super fast.

No 4G in Fresh Meadows. I guess that map is as accurate as it shows! The 4G coverage seems to stop just before the GCP.

takes me about 5 to 10 seconds depending on signal strength. I'm in north brooklyn with full 4g when outdoors.

I picked it up in Jamaica Queens the other day by Merrick Blvd, 3 bars... 10 down and 1 up. I also picked it up in Whitestone Queens by 150th Street and 20th Road. 3 Bars but no speed test.

Lucky mofos, i live in Long Island... we have it in parts of valley stream but nothing where im at (Elmont) yet. Blah, soon enough hopefully. Wifi pwns 4G anyway... when im home lol.

So it's safe to assume that there's no 4G in the area if it's turned on and finds no signal after multiple minutes of 'scanning' ? :(
