You can press the power on button to cancel the call or hit a volume button to mute incoming call :) cheers! Hope this was what you were looking for.

i HATE how incoming calls are handled, used to the green and red buttons on the buttom from my old nokia phones, id like to know a workaround for it, maybe how to remove the slide to answer ****?

It's the same slider as when your phone is locked, the only solution for the lockscreen is "No-lock" (witch is pretty ****ty imo), there is no workaround for this problem, atleast not till the bootloader is crack so we can get our own custom ROM's. Stay patient, the progress on the bootloader is nearing the end i think.
