HTC sync not workin?

Hi all I got my wildfire today, installed HTC sync from www.htc.com and turned USB debugging on. Well the computer found the mobile and I set som Sync settings, but always when I start syncing it gives me the error: Contacts cannot be copied to the mobile (or something like that) or that my mobile doesn't have any sd card (which it does)! Anybody having the same problems?
