Default [Q] Disable Charge Status LED

I'm curious if there is an application and or modification I can do to control the charging status lights. I use my Eris as an alarm clock and would really love it if I could disable that particular LED.

Not really sure if you can, but I'd have no idea how to if you can. And another thing, not trying to rude, but there's no need to post the exact same question 15minutes apart. Try posting "bump" on your first post to bring it back to the top of q&a. I know ppl look at the question and don't answer (prob cause they don't have the answer) but just try to keep the q&a clean and not clutter. Someone with the right answers will eventually see your question and answer accordingly. Also try searching Google for Eris led disable or something like that, you may find that somewhere in xda this question has already been asked and answered. Much luck in your search

Yeah I have no idea how that happened. I only meant to post once. Odd.

You can disable them temporarily with a shell script. I think I'll have to edit the source code of the deskclock app and change how it interacts with liblights. I doubt I'll have the time to do this anytime soon. It's not a huge deal.
