[Q] epic avaailable tomorrow at the shack???

my friend just texted me that RS called him today to tell him the epic arrived at the store today and would be ready for p/u tomorrow! this dude is normally a jokester but he swears he's not lying THIS TIME! what do u guys think? is this possible???

Someone on androidforums said they got their call too and tried to get it today but the system wouldn't ring it up. Even if you wanted it super super bad, there's no way for it to be sold to you at this point.

Awwwww...... That sucks. I would be heart broken standing there at the register so close to my Epic.

Yeah, getting to hold it, toy with it, fill out all the forms and essentially have it set to go, but unable to ring up and actually do the transaction. It would be depressing. It's a shame too, cuz if they were somehow magically selling the phone tomorrow, I would gladly go to a radioshack and try to pick one up. Them selling it today or tomorrow would be the only way I am buying this phone in the next 2-3 weeks.

Not if you ask to see the phone, then run out of the store with it before they sell it to you. Then you get it early and free

I just called RS and they say I have to wait till 8/31. My case for the epic came in today. My wife is laughing at me because I'm playing with the case pretending I have my Epic. The Epic is almost half as thick as my FUZE and the epic sceen opening is almost as big as the FUZE. I got a carbon Fiber case to make the phone faster.

Just called my radioshack, and they said they didn't have the phone in stock. I think they are lying to me. XD

Either way, she told me I won't be able to pick it up till tuesday.

welp...so i guess my dilemma now is to determine if my bud is lying (again) or if RS is lying (to my bud) either way, it really dont matter as i STILL cant p/u MINE until tuesday!!!! thanks guys...i tend to believe u guys OVER my friend or RS!!!! ha!
