Build 3.16 vs 3.21

does anyone know the main difference between the two builds?
Is it overall performance or a smaller scale enhancements in certain areas of the os?

I'm pretty happy with my current set up but if it's worth while increase for multiple reasons then I would be compelled to update

My guess would be mainly extra little bugfixes, or small glitch fixes that they ironed out a little more. I don't think it would be anything huge, but then again, i'm no dev so i could be wrong, but judging by the small change in build numbers, nothing too big.
