[Q] update 4399 oem 00 final

and become aware of all the 4399 update of the oem 21 final.
I would like to know if there is a way to update Version with 00 final?
I read the guide modaco but I did not understand if this method changes my 00th final in 21 and then update the streak at 2.1. please help me understand whether this method was made by someone and if all goes well. I thank you in advance thanks
