After selecting SmartassV2 the frequency gets stuck. I have seen his happening at both the low and high speed setting.

In my case the frequency was either stuck at 96 Mhz or at 1190 Mhz, resulting in a very slow system or high battery drain.

I'm using voltage control to set the Governors and check the frequency's.
Can anybody confirm this.

PS. I'm now using the Hyper Governor without any problems.
i can confirm this!
is this kernel related or has this something to do with the rom?

any solutions?

2.13 is old. I remember that there were some problems with governors.

Try fikret 2.16, search his thread for more info on that bug.

Generally i would recommend hyper governor. Fikret tweaked it and recommends in his thread.

hmm no lag at all here with hyper governor.
I had some little lags with the default governer, onedemand it was.. i think.

But flashing a kernel is done in 10 minutes with nandroid backup so why dont you try it?

Default HyperDroid-CM7-Root-Radicals-v5.10.22-cLK-magldr_signed

Hello there...

So, Lately we have all been busy with real life tasks and ICS digging.
Anyhow, I felt that last release needed a little tunning, some hyperdroid love if you will. Changes are mostly cosmetical, although latest fikret kernel is included, some hosts modding, and some performance tuning to some jar files an framework-res.apk. I also updated latest gapps, tuned in to use 160 dpi as default..small changes, but, is all about the details right?

This is the build I have been using for the past 48 hrs and I am very pleased with it, so im sharing with you guys....seems some details got lost in the process from the latest build, but here it is

Have fun.....as usual 120/5 partition recommeded and the OP will be updated when pongster has time..

Question WIFI Stength

I have been getting a really poor WIFI Signal on my HD2 from my "N" class Wireless router even though its only 15 feet away. Is it possible this can be software related and is there some hack where i can increase the sensitivity?

I have seen an HD2 thread where folks actually open up the phone and bend the metal contacts to increase signal strength but i am trying to avoid that solution.

I am using the standard kernel that came with the latest HyperDroid ROM.

Thanks all.......................
